Information

Arktis starts cruises on Bothnian Gulf first time on 2nd Dec., 2024. It has been renovated from inside out for tourism use and offers a a little bit quicker possibility to join a cruise than big brither Sampo. Cruise season is 2.12.2024 - 5.4.2025. 3 hour long icebreaker cruise includes - possibility to walk on frozen Gulf of Bothnia - floating in the sea dressed in a resque suit - diploma There is a cafe on board. However, we recommend booking lunch buffet in our main restaurant Lumihiutale (Snowflake) before or after the cruise. For fit's we offer a shuttle bus transfer (additional price) from Rovaniemi and Tornio. Arktis is also available for charter!

Our snow and ice experience room is open 365 days per year and annually we build a SnowCastle Winter Park outside. It is open from mid January until the beginning of April. We offer also accommodation in 38 rooms with glass roof top, meeting facilities and panorama restaurant. Kemi is located 1,5 - 2 hours drive from Rovaniemi and Oulu airports.
