AG Group and Gruppo Rossfin have announced the debut of the five-star Thompson Rome in the heart of the Eternal City’s historical center with anticipated opening in winter 2024. The project involves the conversion of one of Rome’s most historic buildings into a 70-room luxury lifestyle hotel. AG Group’s newest five-star luxury lifestyle hotel signifies the debut of Hyatt’s Thompson Hotels brand in Italy and their second Thompson hotel in Europe. Thompson Rome becomes Hyatt’s second hotel in Rome, with The Tribune Hotel – part of JdV by Hyatt– also operated by the AG Group.
