The company was founded in early 2017 from the idea and desire of the two partners, as well as life companions, Angelo and Simona, to bring their passion for hospitality to their guests. This is how "Mate in Travel" was born, an incoming travel agency specializing in creating tailor-made experiential journeys in Matera and offering comprehensive consultancy services for accommodation facilities (both hotels and other types).
