Travel design also customized in the villages of Italy, in particular in Campania. Tour that lasts from 3 to 6 hours, with significant experiences of traditional wine and food tasting in direct contact with local companies and the local community. Buffalo mozzarella, wines from the vineyard to the cellars, taralli and baked desserts, processing of fresh pasta, dried figs, Cilento doce pizza, chestnuts and other local delicacies.

TARALLO'S EMOTIONAL EXPERIENCE: production together with the Ladies of the Borgo and the tasting can be carried out with hot tarallo freshly baked for those who love the warmth of the warm and soft inside but also of the cooled tarallo ready to be dipped in red wine. And it's immediately a party.
DRIED FIGS: the tasting starts with the fresh fig, if in season, otherwise we move on to the dried fig which has undergone significant processing to become a kind of sandwich with walnuts, fennel and other spices, skewered like skewers between bay leaves. But dried figs are also covered in very fine dark chocolate or glazed or biscuits or made into a refined dessert.
SALT WATER: toasted bread, baked again, soaked in water that was once salty sea water, and then seasoned with cherry tomatoes from the garden, oregano and bright oil and, sometimes, sardines and anchovies. Today mozzarella is also added. An entirely summer delicacy that we happily eat all year round.
TASTE MOZZARELLA: buffalo, of course. Absolute mozzarella of 250 g each, the smaller size is otherwise called bocconcino, but also smoked, in carriage and in many other delicious variations. Sometimes it is possible to eat mozzarella in a winter garden in front of the buffaloes that dine with us.
