Among the experiences we offer related to food:
TARALLOS' EMOTIONAL EXPERIENCE: in a village of rock, water and chestnut trees, the ladies of the village still produce today, with a simple traditional recipe, taralli, rigorously dipped in red wine. Together with the ladies we participate in the ancient process between chatting, concentration, good humor and the hot taralli are truly an experience of the senses.
DRIED FIGS FROM CILENTO: in the summer months the harvest and processing of Cilento figs whose preparation involves, in addition to drying and sterilization, packing with walnuts, fennel and other spices.
FRESH PASTA WORKSHOP: the ladies of our villages will open the doors of their homes to demonstrate their skill in the production of traditional fresh pasta. Fusilli, cavatelli, ravioli, fettuccine, lagane and much more.
BRIDE'S DRY SWEETS WORKSHOP: the custom was to go to the town bakery together with the wives and other women to produce the exquisite dry desserts which represented the sweets of the bride and groom's banquet and other important family ceremonies.
OLIVE HARVESTING: a walk between November and January in the countryside will give you an experience of olive harvesting and milling at a nearby oil mill. The seasoning, in addition to the fresh and fragrant oil, will be the story of the land and the men.
WINE TOUR: every time of the year will be the right time to visit the countryside and cellars and learn about the extract of a rich and generous territory.
