With Get-Access for Hospitality’s entry management, guests can independently handle check-in and choose when to arrive at the property, without being restricted by time limits. After completing their booking, guests can arrive on their check-in day without worrying about operational restrictions. Through the WebApp, they can move freely within the property, controlling the locks of all common doors – from the building entrance to their own room. Check-out? Guests also have full autonomy on their departure day, leaving their room without needing to stop by the reception. But that’s not all – another key aspect in managing a property is cleaning. We offer a centralized platform where managers can assign, monitor, and manage housekeeping tasks. Get-Access for Hospitality also optimizes cleaning and room turnover activities, making them more efficient and automated. After check-out, the system automatically sets the room to "Clean" mode and notifies the cleaning staff. The staff, through a dedicated WebApp, follows a detailed checklist to complete their tasks. Guests, on the other hand, can submit cleaning requests or set "Do Not Disturb" directly through the WebApp.
